“Al Valentino” Restaurant is the synthesis of a long journey that began in 1976 with its founder Antonio Sinesi. An honorary Milanese, but native from Puglia – hence the decision to deed the local to the great Rodolfo Guglielmi, aka Valentino -, Sinesi has had a long career, studded with many experiences, also abroad, that led him to serve for prestigious Restaurants such as Savini, Peck and Ribot in Milano.
